Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Peppermayo finds, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit or refunds on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like a store credit (which includes a bonus top-up) or a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.
